Simon Brown
Nationality: English
Date of Birth: 18/09/1983
Height: 5' 7" (170cm)
Weight: 11st 0lbs (69.92kg)
Position: Midfielder
Brown went out on loan to League Two outfit Kidderminster Harriers towards the end of last season where he scored his first league goals.
The young midfielder has returned to Aggborough this term, becoming something of a regular for Jan Molby's men.
Brown made a surprise appearance on the pitch for the Baggies at EwoodPark in the Baggies' final Premiership away trip two seasons ago, but though he warmed up with his senior colleagues - as he did the following week against Newcastle - Brown didn't make it onto the bench.
Nevertheless, the first-year pro has already made a big impression on Baggies fans who have checked out the reserve team over the last two years, where he has become something of a regular for Gary Shelton's men.
With good close control and passing ability, Brown could be the next product of Albion's youth system to make it to the first team.
