Curle is still looking to sign centre-halves Dave Artell and Luke Dimech on longer contracts as the month-long ones they signed run out on Sunday. Negotiations with Artell are on-going, while Dimech is in Manchester for an operation on a torn cartilage he picked up playing for Malta two weeks ago. He is seeing the same surgeon Curle has used for the past 15-years and the manager is hopeful to thrash out a contract with Dimech once he recovers in the next few weeks. |
