Pilkington: 5: Back to his former self. Couldn't catch a cold.
Cook: 5: Long throw-ins and... erm... that's it. Grand: 5: Same as before. Solid in defence, terrible distribution. Day: 6: Solid when called upon. Sandwith: 5: Doesn't look before he passes. Briscoe: 6: Ran his socks off, but lacking the finishing product. Murray: 5: Not the player he used to be. Thompson: 4: Easily his worst game in a Mansfield shirt. Late for every tackle and poor passing. Istead: 6: Got stuck in and ran his socks off for 90 minutes. Only reliable Central Midfielder at the club. Adam Smith: 6: Good goal, but heavy first touch meant he often ran into trouble. Connor: 7: Deserved his goal. More of a threat than Parker from long balls. |
