I think in the past the club have tweeted to confirm no further business. Nothing as of yet.

No trains from Costa, you have to be at the Railway station to catch a train.

No such thing as a train station, sorry to be a know it all.

Given you’re old mate according to your name, I’ll allow you to be a know it all in the past. Train station is common parlance these days.

It's still lazy use of language.

Why ?

A railway is the track & surrounding infrastructure, a train is what runs on the tracks. It was a railway station first. I don't make the rules of English grammar, I just blindly follow them. I punctuate text messages fully and spell gaol as gaol not flipping jail.

So by that logic, a bus station should be called a road station

Where do you get a bus from? Surely it is from a bus station and not a road station! How about a tram? A railway station or tram station are both correct usage.
The English language is fluid and both railway station and train station are also correct. Train station is probably more accurate for a single purpose property.

When railway stations were invented gentlemen still wore stovepipe hats, buses belong to a more vulgar time.

However on the rare occassions I catch a bus, and to be honest I'd rather walk, I catch it as a bus stop.

I wait at the 'car stop' every week day. To be fair it's contemporary name is the M1.

Called in at a convenience store the other day called ‘One Stop’. Sadly they didn’t have everything I wanted and had to go elsewhere.

Rang Trading Standards to complain. They weren’t helpful, all I got from them was the reply, ‘Are you one of those from Stagsnet who pedantically argue over nothing’ and then put the phone down on me.
