Much better in QLE mate. Great atmosphere. Good performance on the pitch too.

Was in the QLE yesterday and thought the atmosphere was excellent.

It’ll get better week in week out with good results.

The far block of the QLE (Bishop St side) was full before there was anyone at all sat in the larger block next to it, is it a new family section?

No. It’s the block reserved for flatulent fans.

Although I firmly am against the membership card holders being cheaper than season ticket holders, there's little doubt that helping fill up the QLE worked yesterday as regards the atmosphere.

For too long that stand has been neglected. Field Mill indirectly becoming like a two stand stadium. Yesterday was a vast improvement on previous years.

It was, best in the 2years I've been in there.

I reserve full judgement until we lose a couple.

Great atmosphere in the QLE yesterday. Was shocked and somewhat disgusted that a bottle of pop is now £2.50. That's robbery by anyone's standards.

But excuse Haslam taking millions out of the club.

Go figure.

Was great to see the QLE looking healthily populated for a change. Sitting where I sit at the back of the B block in the IGL, it's difficult to hear the Q block lads as we are tucked away under the upper tier a little, but the singer's in the QLE made the atmosphere great yesterday.

Hopefully that stand will go from strength to strength now and become a proper kop.

True, I think what annoyed me was I only had £4 in cash on me to get a drink and sweets for my lad. Only to find that now cost £4.50 which lead to a disappointed child.

Could be worse, when I told the lass serving I thought that was a joke (in a fairly polite way) a lady next to me then cited Radford having a helicopter and how paying that much for a drink while he flys round just wasn't on. I left at that point.

Errrrm! "It was his club, he could do what he wanted" sounds pretty much like excusing to me.

Bwahahaha. Apologist and worse

Whinge about the cost of a bottle of Panda Pop, but excuses a hundred grand loss of our best player.

You’re hilarious.

So taking, self admitted, illegal loans was just doing what he wanted, and excused by you just because he could.

The QLE has never really been the same Spiritater since the last couple of seasons in the Conference, but yesterday i thought i saw the seeds of recovery.

Personally me and my mates have tried most parts of the ground but have now been behind the goal area for 10yrs or so, and it was great to see/hear the difference against Newport (have to say was surprised at their low attendance  ).

You just said that, not me...

I've made my position on Haslam very clear a number of times but you and a few others seem incapable of reading or understanding basic English.

For the record, No, illegal loans are not ok, excusable or anything else. The 'he can do what he wants' comment clearly referred to taking profit out (in a legal way) to the detriment of the club gettibg better. You knew that already though and are just being a pillock.

Seriously fella, I honestly couldn't give a toss what you say or think. Although it is annoying that despite explaining it 6 times in the other thread you clearly still don't get it either that or you cant read. Your either just thick as pig raspberries or on a wind up. Either way I'm done replying to you. Move on.

Great to have a good atmosphere from QLE, Q block and rest of the West Stand. I sit on halfway line at back and could hear both sets of fans (not the Newport fans) quite clearly and often singing the same song so you could obviously hear each other. From the videos you can also see that the lower tier was quite well populated, particularly around the dugout area.
Good attendance yesterday. More than 400 home fans up on yesterday. Hopefully the good atmosphere will encourage more fans back. It is not just about performances on the pitch that contributes to the match day experience.

From my IGL position it was great to see and hear a much fuller QLE. I think moving the family block in there was a great idea, it filled the far end of the stand and stopped it having that half full look. Well done whosever idea it was.

Thought it was a fairly healthy attendance with it being the start of the season, people on summer holidays and not a great away support. 4000 Staggies is great, and will hopefully only go up if the results keep going well.

I agree Jamie.

Fans will be aware now. If they don't purchase at those prices, they will have to be adjusted.

I floated making the stand a family stand early March due to the empty seats  - who knows but glad the move made a difference.
