Interesting Dave Allen is including the ground in the deal. I'd have thought he'd have done a Haslam and separated the assets and charged rent.

As much as they love to moan about him, he's never been as bad as Haslam was for us. Allen has been keeping them alive by paying all their costs and seems to be genuinely interested in selling. They don't know the struggle. Hopefully this deal doesn't go through, or at least not until the transfer window is over.

By the very fact that their potential new owners are making such a financial howler by spending 10mill on a dead dog like cfc should be ringing alarm bells. If they can make such a financial error, what other financial decisions can they make a mess of? Foreign investment consortiums more regularly go wrong than right. Ask birmingham city what they think. They were doing well under Rowett until the chinese consortium came to the rescue - look at them now.
Add Cardiff City to the above statement.....
If this goes through i think itll be a case of 'out of the frying pan and into the fire'.
