Set pieces still awful. Just float it in for there keeper to catch. Obviously works in training cos our keeper stays on his line.

It doesn't look like it's going to be a football match as usual, more like a who can out-battle who match.....and County have won 6 on the spin by being able to do just that.

Hopefully our ability to bring on the quality of Mellis from the bench can be a telling factor, but so far I am not encouraged by that team choice.

Personally thought it was Hemmings goal but the ref didn’t blow until Rose followed it up. So I guess he’ll get the credit.

Great result without even having to move up a gear by bringing Mellis on.

They looked well drilled but very ordinary and limited to hoof it.

We were no great shakes especially the first half in midfield but Butcher certainly stepped it up in the second half.
Mirfin and Pearce solid again and the hard running of Rose and Sterling up front made them look very cumbersome at the back.

Great day to be a Stags fan

You don't really think everyone is that fickle do you Bobby? Or are you basking in your unqualified total support stance?
They deserved a slating , have probably had one, and have responded. We are all Mansfield , all want the same thing don't we? Or don't those who question certain results count as proper fans?

Great result, spirited performance, I bet that wasn't on show Tuesday.

I was fairly in line with it and it looked well over the line from Hemmings before Rose made sure. I was going nuts that the ref hadn't given it.

I'd like Hemming to get the credit he needs it more.

and this is why you're not a football manager

Evans picked a team to out battle County, and given County have built a reputation for out battling others, it was a surprising team selection.
Very little football played still, you have to admit that. But County didn't compete with us and they threw the towel in like they always do at our place once the first went in.

County were so average and a joke for a top of the league side.

Well deserved win! We need to improve on this and keep building! Thought Anderson did really well at right back haha

Hemmings scored and looked so peed off that the ref didn't blow before rose knocked it in, Thought he tried really hard today he just needs a goal.
