Just seen a video appear on iFollow that sheds light on the trophy that Alan Hardy and JR were holding.

Great gesture.

Sometimes something happens to make you feel really proud to be a Stag. This is one such occasion. Well done Stags, Notts, and those who made this happen. Brilliant.

Agree. Well done to the Stags and Alan Hardy. Respect where it's due for Notts.

I've been really impressed at how Notts have handled this. Not only have they agreed to this but their physio Johnny Wilson donated a trophy he won to Stags

That is a superb gesture. I hope the supporters on both sides behave themselves and there is no or very little trouble. I wish I was attending, but I can't due to the kick off time. COYS.

Wonderful gesture by both clubs for a wonderful young man. I won't be there but hope everyone pulls together for Matt and for sport.

It was a great gesture & a fitting way to remember Matt.

A great minutes applause too, but I was a little disappointed with the Notts bench & coaching staff who didn’t bother at all - Nolan was too busy getting the fourth official on side.

Didnt we play for a trophy against county in the last few games between us? Or possibly renamed for Matt.I dont think it was the County cup.
