The Grimsby home game will probably go the same way.

Some things in life I'd pay top dollar for. Watching t'sheep gerrin spanked at home by a club who's supporters have probably a couple of seats spare in a 18 seater minibus is one of them. But parking's a ball ache and with a gammy leg at the mo more than likely go to Alfy.

Oh come on whiffy. It's the end of April, they're playing down south, (Aldershot?) and need a seven nil win to avoid dropping into the National North. You know you would be parting with £20 to watch it

I always go and support the team nearest to me. On Monday I went to watch AFC play Lincoln Utd for £7. It just helps them out financially even if it is only a small amount.

£7 to watch AFC

They are a higher level than most people realize, £7 is about right for that level of football. They are one league below Gainsborough, Hyde United & North Ferriby to name a few.

2 more promotions and they would find themselves in the Conference North.

Mixed emotions. I’m off to Wembley so the postponement means I can make another match but it doesn’t feel the same having a weekend without the Stags.

What are people doing to fill the time?

Sat in my prepaid Crewe hotel having breakfast, I wonder if the supporters bar will be open. Lesson learned.

I'll be at the finish line on Chesterfield Road watching the Tour of Britain. Chance to see some world class athletes pass through my neighbourhood.

I'll be setting up a new fish tank.

Going to a hog roast later I just hope it's a kosher pig!
