Heralds the start of a great era if we can get a steady flow for converting youth teamers into first teamers over the coming years.

Hopefully 'our Graham' and Gibbens won't have to wait too long. But it'll probably be opportunistic occurrences / cameo appearances, as gunning for promotion and blooding them into regular starts in parallel is too much of an ask, imo

Refreshing that DF knows the under 21 and under 18 players.

When you think how Jack Thomas was treated under the old regime, it' a big step in the right direction.

I'm not sure that is fair to be honest.

Flitcroft released him too, understandably.

It seemed to me, Jack Thomas was partly at fault for the way things turned out. If you don’t put all your effort in you won’t get what you want!!!
