The Internet has spoiled that in so many ways and we have to remember the journalists of now are not the same of those of years gone by.
The same could be said for radio Mansfield it's an amateur set up with some good presenters trying to get a start in radio.
They are paid so little for a lot of hard work but hopefully they can move on.
It seems the only way to make money in the local media is through advertising and not so much the good stories.
