A source has told me that MTFC playing budget is reducing because Sir Johnny and Lady Caz have found a new hobby.

F1 is so boring and they are nowhere near wealthy enough to play in that pool.

Our annual playing budget would probably buy a a single gearbox.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

The Radfords go to the Monaco GP and suddenly they're financing an F1 team.

In other news, John Radford has purchased Virgin Railway as he was seen in one of the train carriages.

If anyone can tell me what the point of watching personality free multi-millionaires drive cars around in circles is, then don't bother, as you wont get to the end of it without me falling asleep.

John's company One Call have been involved in motorsport sponsorship in the past.
I remember seeing Truck racing at Pembrey on Motors TV a year or so ago, and proudly displayed on one of the machines was the One Call logo.

But same as whiffy says about 'top end' motorsport.

"How do you make a small fortune out of motor racing?"

Answer. Start with a very large one :D

True Marky, it's not anywhere near the same as the early years.

Are we sure that this isn't a misunderstanding and John was seen at the ch*****field Road North garage getting a couple of new Avons on his Roller?

I reckon we're signing up and coming Brazilian striker "Fernando Ormula" and he's our No 1 target.

Sidecar world championship is to F1 is what Shirebrook Town is to the Champions League.

Formula 1 is a game, not a sport

If they want to play a game get them a pool table, and save the pennies for mansfield

It’s that dreadful time between the last game and the first pre-season fixtures, Martin.

It turns some people’s brains to jelly.
