If they get promoted to the Premiere Ligua will they still want to play us in our scheduled pre-season friendly on Tuesday 17th of July?

Can't see why not, they don't have to send the first team.
We think the same things at the same time
We just can't do anything about it

From what I know at the minute, it will split with U23's and led by Wassall, undecided if Gary will be there with the first team.

Always had a soft spot for Derby County.

Fantastic history, stadium, and wow what a team they have. A mate of mine says they treat their paying fans brilliantly and not like second class citizens.

Really looking forward to seeing them next season- hopefully in the Top Flight.

Some of the best treated fans there is according to a mate of mine who watches them. Prefer em to Forest personally. Forest always bleat about being too good and we will be in the play offs oh and we won the European cup!!!

I’m no Forest, nor Derby fan, but I am proud to come from a county that has won two European Cups.

Not even the big headed puddings over the border in Yorkshire, Yorkshire, Yorkshire can lay such a claim.

I have no thoughts about Derby one way or another. On the other had I absolutely despise Forest and their smug raspberry supporters.

The County of Derbyshire is much more scenic that Nottinghamshire.

The absolute magnificent beauty of the Peak District and the Derbyshire Dales compared to the mediocrity of Nottinghamshire.

People actually go on holiday in Derbyshire. What has Notts got? Oh yeah Centre Parcs

The Trip to Jerusalem

Great if you like a mouldy damp smelly cramped pub that's snidered in cobwebs.
Goose Fair if you fancy getting mugged. And the Major Oak - a dying tree. Wow.

But even they compare favorably against Mansfield town centre which unfortunately has become a depressing half boarded up craphole to rival anything in Eastern Europe.

It's bad enough going there once a fortnight for the football and I actually pity anybody who has to live in Mansfield these days to be completely honest.

They'd be better off getting the RAF to bomb the place and starting again.

When I was a youngster (early 80's) and just getting interested in sport my dad was working abroad so I had to rely on my Grandad to take me to my first football and cricket matches.
Being a Shirebrook lad and Grandad not driving we caught the bus to Mansfield for footy and bus to chesterfield for cricket.
To this day I am a Stags fan and Derbyshire CC cricket fan.......
I do not like the Spireites or Notts CC....
