yes. Though he is extremely similar to Ricky Miller in style of play and record at Conference level.

Been harking on about him for years.

One bonus of the Shots losing is that I might, for the first time ever, go watch them and stand in their end when they play the non league Spireites.

no he didn't get Lincoln promoted. He played for Lincoln in 13/14 with minimal success. He joined Fylde in 2014 and his career has taken off since then

So it's Tranmere who beat Ebbsfleet 4-2 versus Boreham Wood  who beat Sutton Utd 2-3 on their plastic pitch for a place in the FL at Wembley.

I watched highlights of Tranmere vs Ebbsfleet. Looked a feisty encounter.

I watched the last 10 minutes live of Sutton v Boreham Wood on my laptop. That looked a good game too.

For a playoff semi and a prize so great I'm so glad Ebbsfleet failed given their miniscule following at Prenton Park.

Ebbsfleet get bigger crowds than Boreham Wood. Boreham Wood's average home attendance of 679 was the comfortably the lowest in the Conference. Ebbsfleet's was more than double that.

Marty I'm not saying I want Boreham Wood either. Tramere for me, proper ground, proper fan base.

Hoping for boreham wood. Tranmere could do a lincoln and will be a greater threat to us than boreham wood you imagine. Would also mean tranmere provide a giant obstacle to chesterfields hopes of bouncing straight back up.

From Mansfield I doubt there is much in it between Tranmere and Boreham Wood

Chesterfield FC are more than adequate at proving obstacles themselves, most will be gigantic in proportion.

I see Gary Neville has got rid of his 2 managers, Johnson and Morley at Salford today.
Wonder what that’s all about?

Looks like they wanted too much money again.
I think they will have another job lined up already.

Guess they have taken them as far as their ability allows, now you need someone else for the next level? Hartlepool have announced their manager already. Master Bates?
I was at the Harrogate vs Chorley play off game, and Harrogate have a 3g pitch, and play some really nice passing football, whether they can beat Brackley in the final is another matter, but I hope so, then I can watch them beat Cheaterfield next season!
