Does this mean Flip Flop will still be in charge next season?

I'm surprised there's not been a - 'why go on a pre season tour when we can spend it on players?' comment yet

I guess it does show JR is still happy to spend his cash.

No it means JR has sold out to the dark lord and the team are going to have a week being waiters in his villas.
Who are you calling pedantic? I resemble that remark!

I guess the press release has to say DF, it wouldn't bode well if it said 'whoever is the manager at time of said visit'.

Where will we all be staying, Faro?

Why don't the club try St Helena, it must have one bar somewhere in Jamestown.

Faro is too far out, I imagine Albufeira will be popular as it's only 20 minutes away

I was well up for a tour of Scotland. Some of them crappy grounds in League 1 & 2.

Sorry late to this thread - has anyone kicked off yet because the new home shirts won’t be ready in time? :)

it's to late the trip should have been arranged earlier in season or at least dates so people didn't book other stuff.

I am yet to be convinced about the value of these foreign trips. I can't help thinking that the cost of this trip would be much better spent towards a 'midfield-general' and a 'promotion-firing' striker.

Annoyingly I got told about this trip over two months ago by Paul B....

The issue was they were not sure if it would be Poland (near Gdansk) or Portugal, as they flew out to both to check the facilities. Austria was even on the table.

Problem is you cannot book anything until its confirmed.
