Miller with the fans

Postby Mr Grimsdale » Sat Apr 14, 2018 4:55 pm

Ricky Miller mixing with the fans today.
He loves it here and the fact that the feeling is pretty good towards him.
I believe he could become quite a legend here in a short time.

Think kane has had a good season, 14 goals and he missed pre-season and wasn't fit... Can be the lethal 20 man next year

And miller I think would also do well here. I like him

That's good to know. Maybe we could help him and he could help us.

Hemmings poor???? You have to be kidding. His touch today was again excellent. His movement on and off the ball is fantastic. He would be my first signing . I think him and Miller could be a good call

I don't think he's that poor Geoff. We've had a lot worse. Infact I think he could be like Billy Kee next season.

Kane hemmings is a class above most players in this ramshackle division. Put him in a div above and he would shine

Hemmings poor?! He's class, fantastic first touch great hold up play, makes intelligent runs. Only thing he's missing is natural finishing. Team should be built around him and Mellis

Saw Miller in town after the County away game, he loves us, you could tell, he said he was desperate to fire us to promotion, it wasn’t just chat, you could tell he meant it. Hopefully he still can.

I think Miller just wants someone to give him a chance, and whoever does will be rewarded. We've seen glimpses and with a run in the team could do some damage in Lg 2.

Yes he's had / has pending off field issues, but you can't deny his passion and could be a real fans favourite.

If he's guilty he'll have to serve his time but he isn't the first and won't be the last professional footballer to do so, i don't condone his actions but hope he can learn from them. Depending on the outcome (if found guilty) and if jail time is incurred providing he keeps himself fit i'd still give him an opportunity to prove he has learned from it once completed.

Clearly we're not partial to the detail of his loan agreement in either eventuality but i do hope he has a future with us.

Get fit and get back on the pitch soon Ricky.

Hemmings poor?
I don't know what game some watch. He got battered at times and held it up well, always looking to bring others in. As has been said if he was a natural finisher....well he wouldn't be here.
As for the much lauded Dennis, well on that evidence I wouldn't want him here.

Which is the biggest requirement for a striker. To progress our ineffectual frontline we need someone who's the complete package, atm Kane isn't it imo.

Those who do not rate Hemmings must be the same folks who think England will win the World Cup.

When he is taken off we struggle, no outlet for those defending, ball comes straight back hence seemingly hanging on. If he is with us next season whoever the manager is needs to keep him on for 90 mins.

14 goals is a good return for a striker imo. Could have been more but I think majority of league 2 teams would have Kane Hemmings in there side.

Yep true

I did worry when he took Kane off yesterday

I think previously this season Evans and certainly Flitcroft have done that when in winning positions and we have conceded.. Lincoln springs to mind and I’m sure there has been others

Me too, as I wasn’t playing either.
