I'd rather put Carolyn in charge for the next game, she could hardly do any worse...

He has to go...

Yes, but if we lose Saturday I think his position will become untenable. I'm in the pro camp and just can't see a way back if we lose to them. We need 4 wins to make play offs ain't going to happen

Yes.

4 games to go, whatever will be will be. Changing a manager again now will have little or no impact.

Seems a lack of desire out on the pitch, only so much a manager can do. The players have to take some of the flack.

Do I think DF is the right man? No
Do I think DF should stay till the end of the season? Yes

I can see the headlines now - DF walks and Dempster put in charge. We get a mix of wins and draws under him till end of season, then we want Demps to manage.

Then next season he takes over and we finish mid table.

Hope I'm wrong though, but I feel it in my gut. Maybe that's just my lunchtime curry playing up though ;)

Wasn't at the game, so it's hard to say. We probably would have been happy with a point had SE been in charge. Perhaps one of the brave souls who went could give comment as to how we played. Still think the jury's out until Saturday. Lose that and I think it may be bye bye.

First half not great. Stevenage the more dangerous but we did create a couple of half chances and Hemmings seemed to miss a sitter with a header (was opposite end of the pitch so hard to tell). 2nd half after we scored we dominated for 10 mins or so but just couldn’t get that goal. Looked afraid to shoot, trying to walk it over the line. It’s frustrating how it takes us 45mins to get going!!!

Fans were excellent, must have been 300+ in that away end

I share the same view, in charge for Saturday but if we lose has to go.

Ive said before he had 3 games to save his career, Crewe, Stevenage and Spireites. Needs to win one of them.

Losing Saturday and keeping him in charge will be bad business for JR surely he knows it with season ticket renewals only just around the corner. It will completely alienate the fanbase

The positive feeling leading into this season encouraged many to buy season tickets, confidence is through the floor its not even entertaining at the moment. Its just painful.

No, there’s a lack of commitment right now. Players seem confused. Enough is enough.

Lose on Saturday and he will be the most hated man in Mansfield, above Jack Lester.

His position would then become untenable for me.

Yes

Until the end of the season.

However. If he loses to Chesterfield he'll never recover from it.

If we finish outside of the playoffs he'll have taken us on a completely unacceptable and disasterous run which had led to us being 7 points clear of 8th to being in 9th.

Radford made the wrong decision. He knows that, we know that, he's hopeless

Good second half performance, holding onto the faith tenuously, need to win last 4, but lose to the animal molesters and it’s time to move on

Obviously he has to stay on for Saturday's match. Should we not win that one, I don't see the point of him hanging around any longer, but I fervently hope that it doesn't come to that.

I criticised people for wanting him out so early on, however after watching the last few games (including tonight) he needs to go at the end of the season when we don’t make the playoffs. Sacking him now would mean throwing dempster under the bus for a huge game on Saturday.
