As odious as Evans departure is you're not going to be able to keep attracting ambitious Managers of relative quality to the Club if you kick up a stink & drag bigger Clubs for compensation. It's too short termist thinking & sends out red flags that could likely hamper future recruitments. Flitcroft's quick acceptance, & his welcome video, are a testament to how the Radfords have turned us into a much more attractive Manager friendly Club. That's important.

You can't ever take business too personal & have to recognize the reality of every lower Lg outfit being a stepping stone Club. A decent replacement has been found & Peterborough also owe the Radford's a solid now.

Everyone's a winner here.
Hope I'm wrong

Wonder how loyal he would have been if the Birmingham job had been available last week instead of today. Feel he would have ditched Peterborough without a thought.

A Lincoln fan's take on the Steve Evans resignation. He could been locked up in a Chinese jail for not having a valid work permit.

Makes you wonder if the Stags job is the hardest in football, if he thought it was getting a bit much for him.

I think Evans would prefer to be locked up in a Chinese takeaway ;)

Maybe he changed his mind after finding out that all the managerial vacancies had been filled.

Applied for the Peterborough job as he realised that in China ‘there was no Wok on’!!!!

What were Evans and Raynor doing in Clipstone? Treating Alex MacDonald to some fish and chips at the Pisces Fish Bar?

I believe Den Perry was Brian Potter's main rival and the owner of the rival club, Banana Grove in Phoenix Nights. He was known to use dirty tactics to try to beat the Phoenix Club and to get his own way. After failing to host Talent Trek at his own club, he resorted to burning down the Phoenix Club as his way of revenge.

Hammer > nail > job done! :D

Even looks like a bit like him too.

Den also loved bigging-up himself up and what he'd done for his club

So are we suggesting that Steve Evans set fire to the minibuses?
