Looks like they all work diligently and do a great job of behalf of the Stags so i was possibly harsh with my criticism regarding my ticket problem before Xmas. Keep up the good work! Also it's great that the club allow us fans to see behind the scenes things like this as it makes the football club even more accessible and gives us an insight into what goes on and who the people are that work in various departments.

They have certainly earned their money today. Bought tickets at the ground today and had no hassle.

They were still open after the 5 O’clock closing time serving people.

I was really impressed with their ability to be both professional and personable. Clearly they have a love for Stags not just their jobs - well done and thank you.
An how about the players? They were real gentlemen in the polite courteous dealings with the ticket office staff.

Apparenly they didn’t leave until 8pm last night. They deserve medals as big as dustbin lids.
We might win against Accrington next time.
