Lincoln Home Game

Am I right in thinking this will now be replaced by the third round tie? If so, we need a decent tie to cover the £££s lost from a Saturday to a Tuesday night attendance!

Yes and tbh i can’t see it being that much different.

I’d still expect Lincoln to fill the away end, it’s only 30 odd mile.

Lincoln are massive nowadays, so of course they'll still sell out

I'm just wondering at what time PC Plod will want to close the gate/change the kick off time

Easy to bring forward a 3pm ko but at 7.45pm :silent:

Most fans, home and away will have been at work most of the day. Then the Imps fans will have to travel through the rush hour to get to Mansfield. They'll barely have time for a pint or two before KO. It's different to a Saturday with being able to travel early and sink a gallon before 1pm.

If they can bring 800 for the chickenfeed cup, they should have no issues with selling out ;)

Just got a message from BBC saying the Lincoln game is postponed.

We could play both games on the same day.

CARDIFF AWAY

Logan

Hunt
Diamond
Pearce
White

CJ
Byrom
Mellis
Macca

Rose
Hemmings

LINCOLN HOME

Olejnik

Benning
Mirfin
Digby
Bennett

Potter
Butcher
Atkinson
Anderson

Angol

Jack Thomas as a back up midfielder Sterling James as back up attacker and George Taft back from loan too, plenty of YT players for vital experience, I'd fancy our chances

For an evening KO judging by previous Gabbitas Gate closure times prior to KO the gate will shut at lunchtime!
