Rub of the green.

Apparently the Newport player sent of at the weekend at Clownty has had his 'red' rescinded by the FA.
0-0 at the time it happened and Clownty went on to win 3-0.
How many points have they won so far this season for similar scenarios?

I had a rub of Sarah Green back in the 90s. I expect to be sent home on gardening leave any day now.

Would that be the Welsh FA by any chance? They've got form for that remember. I was listening to Radio Nottingham whilst watching the Stags game and the incident happened at almost exactly the same time as the elbow in the face by one of the Exeter players who only got a yellow card. Its sounded a very similar incident. I thought the ref last week was ok apart from that in the first half but terrible in the second.

Thought this myself, I work with a county fan and he can't believe they have won so many games as they tend to get dominated but somehow seem to find a way to win

They were jammy v Lincoln where they had a player sent off for basically nothing whilst on top in the game...

They have been very luck with the fixtures as well....they haven't had a run of tough games in a row ... next 4 games is prime example.. can see them winning all of them

As they say, you can only beat who's in front of you. We've only played 2 of County's next 4 " beatable" teams and lost both. County have built up momentum which we haven't yet done all season. Keep that momentum going and you're half way there.
Although we may believe they're having easy fixtures they have played 7 of the top 10 (we've played 9 of them.

It's not rub of the green, they just take their chances.

It's like us, we weren't unlucky against Exeter on Saturday, we were wasteful, didn't take chances and they did.

Fair play to them - Nolan is doing a lot better than Evans with probably half the budget we have.

Looking back and found following.
Chesterfield had man sent off after 45 minutes at 0-0 went on to lose.
Lincoln had man sent off after 28 minutes at 0-0 and went on to lose.
Newport had man sent off after 34 minutes at 0-0 and went on to lose.

Accrington had man sent off after 66 minutes at 2-1 to County, however on 90 minutes County had man sent off and conceded equaliser when numerical parity had been attained.

The County sending off was for second yellow, all opposition were straight red cards.

I have to admit fair play to the Pies last night and well done. 0-2 down after 12 mins against Brovers and turned it around to stick 4 unanswered goals in to win 4-2.

I just wonder whether if we get caught with our pants down early on today and concede two quickies if we've got the spunk and balls to recover and win. Recent performances don't bode to well in that respect.

Darrel Clarke's side have been shipping lots of goals this season.
Is he still like a God there or under pressure I wonder?
