I'm assuming 81 points will achieve automatic promotion (top 3)

Current Table,

PLD........W........D.......L.......PTS
29..........13........11......5........50

Required, for 81 points total,

PLD.......W.......D.......L.........PTS
17.........10.......1........6.........31
17..........9........4........4.........31 :D
17..........8........7........2.........31
17..........7.......10.......0.........31

We've currently got 1.72 points per game, where as we need 1.76 PPG over 46 games, therefore we now need 1.82 PPG for the remaining 17 games

Steve Evans PPG
Last season 1.56
This season 1.72 (currently on target to finish on 79 points = Play-Offs)

Injury time winner again

Notts Clownty's 11 point lead over Stags now reduced to 1 point. In the last 8 games our PPG is 2.25, the Pies is 1.13 :D

If we beat Barnet at Field Mill on Saturday, we'll be on target for 81 points (assumed 3rd Place)

Can we have a stats page for t'sheep?
I'm thinking 45-46 points'll be enough for safety this year, so what have they got to do to get there?

At present they're accumulating less than 1 ppg and are one point worse off than us in 08 when we went down. Their only chance of salvation seems to be the fact that the lower reaches of Lge 2 has a lot of dross. I expect Vince to put some more money into FGR in the rest of the window as he'll not want his baby going back down.
Barnet seem nailed to go.

All things considered if they (sheep) continue along as they are it'll be mighty close.

Steve Evans PPG
Last season 1.56
This season 1.76 (currently on target to finish on 81 points = Automatic Promotion, 3rd place)

First 16 games this season = 1.37 PPG
Last 14 games this season = 2.21 PPG :D (If this continued for the next 16 games we'd finish with 88 points)

There are some very strong sides to play in the next six matches. Come out of that phase with twelve points and we'll look in good order for promotion whatever the projections might suggest.

After 30 games in 01/02 we had 54 points. We also won our next 2 games to send us 2nd. History repeating itself?
