Also, he said Mirfin was to blame for the second goal. Pearce's man not Mirfins, he ends up marking two players.

I have never seen Evans sit down with arms folded for so long. I think he's going.

Colchester had two 6'6" centre halves. So what were our tactics with 2 average size forwards? Lump it in the air almost every time. And who decides the tactics. We have had 5 poor games in the last 6 but have got away with results in 3 of them. I think it's time for Evans to start taking the responsibility for the performances

Today we were slow. Passes were late. Crosses were lofted. Floated long balls to small players. We were static.

We'll win next time out.

We haven't gelled yet so what's the worry. When we do then other teams'll be easy... won't they?

Lets be honest, in the games I've seen so far, there have only been fleeting moments where football has broken out, the rest of the time it is a matter of getting the ball forward as fast as possible in the general direction of the two forwards. Its Murray football with more expensive players. The manager's outbursts, like today, are designed to cover his short comings, both tactically and in player recruitment.
What we have at the moment is a squad of individuals, but not a team.
