Doomy whilst whole heartedly agree the pricing structure for under 18's should be addressed there is a bigger problem that may have continued to have gone unnoticed which calls for drastic action to get youth through the door. However an opportunity to address it does present itself to John should he be willing to act as momentum upwards / success on the pitch is achieved and if youth prices reduced.

I refer to an example that happened only today, my son goes to a secondary school in the area. His P.E teacher today mentioned he will be attending the stags v county game on Saturday (he's allegedly a stags fan) to which most of the class started to boo him.

Allegedly most are Forest / Derby fans (mostly likely becoz of parents / friends), however they won't have seen the success of the 80's their parents will have done. Which.. if we are serious about winning promotions and moving up the league we need to start to appeal as a viable option to this generation now, not in 3 / 4 / 5 seasons time when they are sat in the away end and live within 5 miles of field mill.

Unfortunately this is the position we are in, but we need to encourage people to come on the journey.

That being said congrats to JR and CR and here's to many more years at the helm but with plans in place to maintain and grow a championship sized fan base along the way.

It was just the same in the 70s 2002.

Thank you JR for giving us a club we can be proud of.
