Am i right in thinking that it's extra time and penalties tonight?

1991 FA Cup. 2nd replay needed 1-0 Everton. 1st replay was the famous 4-4 draw when Everton equalised 4 times and Dalglish quit as boss.

Speaking of history, anyone hazard a guess at the last time we fooled the League Cup in to progressing in to round two?

It was 2005 though
Walcott was transferred to Arsenal In early 2006 and made the World Cup Squad in that Summer.
We played Portsmouth in 2006 and lost 2-1, big crowd, nice autumn evening, good game.

Danny Reet scored for us in that one. I'd completely forgotten he existed!
