no it is not normal.

Are you getting logged out somehow?

By the way, which browser are you using? iFollow recommends to use google chrome for iFollow website. I use it and do not have problems. If you are using a different browser, try google chrome.

It seems like you can upgrade on the website, but not cancel your subscription?

So dodgey that. It's telling me I have to contact customer services.

Just like many other media companies, I wonder if they have a retentions dept that will cut you a deal rather than let you cancel?

I had problems logging in to my acct Martin, after contacting ifollow, they advised me to change from Google Chrome to another browser, which i did - Microsoft Edge, and no probs now other than quite a bit of buffering (not sure if that's a real word) :D .

Maybe this could help other posters experiencing logging in problems.

Thanks for that - I'd just emailed ifollow for advice as I couldn't renew my subscription on Google Chrome (said I wasn't authenticated). Just read your post above and tried in Explorer and it worked!

There should be an option of purchasing a "Match Pass" for 6 euro's, Billy.

Go to the "subscribe" page and have a look there

Gives you an option of free sign up or monthly pass but doesn't include match live .. can see this service being short lived to be fair

As HU7stag says, check at 5 mins before the game.

Maybe log out if you're logged in before checking.

I asked the other day, as we're on holiday during September, and the guy at iFollow said with my UK subscription, assuming you have one Billy, that audio commentary is available with that subscription.
