So his record isn't great yet being judged as a trialist against championship teams?

Didn't impress for me, as a trial list you often get one chance to impress and I'm afraid he didn't for me. Danny Rose and Angol could be a good pairing with Sterling James coming on, unless we do sign a marquee signing.

Thought the trialist couldn't be judged on that game alone.

Stranger in a experimental team.

Good luck to him.

Looked slow and missed a sitter. Not a good trial so far...

I know it's a bit harsh to judge him on one performance but taking into account his track record I think I'd rather us spend the money elsewhere, especially if this is to be our final forward. Not particularly quick, not a hold up man, and not a great scoring record. We'll see though

Was on trial at Swindon last week, seems they let him go

If we are looking at trialist I very much doubt those two names on Evans list will be joining us , think we will go with what we have got .

He looked like a competition winner. Not what we need!

And main culprit for the last goal conceded with a pass to Hunt that Messi would have struggled to control.

I think we should sign him, he'd be a useful early candidate for scapegoat of the season.

He scored a great goal against us last season, ran half the pitch with the ball and slotted it home. I think a lot of fans would be disappointed if he was the last signing. Think evans is banking on angol and rose being our two main goal scoring threats

He only had 20 minutes in a new team that's partially gelled after a week away in Malta. At the most Id say hes trained with them for 2 days. Hes not had a full preseason so far fitness wise. Yes, he missed a sitter, but he went with Danny to support him, noone else did. OSJ was still on halfway line (was impressed by him btw). I've a feeling Evo'll give him at least another week which I think is minimum to see what he's about

I think of him as a wide midfielder/winger not out and out striker.
