I'd go with that. I'd look at the current squad and feel like the defence is done - but if it isn't it already it does seem to be full of first teamers, so maybe he'd want a utility cover. It also feels as though we have our fill of dribbly, mazy midfielders but very few (if any) who can put their foot in and break it up in the middle of the park, so I'd go for one or two of them, and maybe an 'architect'. Also a striker or two short.

Worked out that ,if we carry on at this rate of signing till the season starts we will have a squad of 207.

--------------- Rose Angol

Anderson Byrom Digby MacDonald

Benning Pearce Diamond (C) White

-----------------Logan

Subs:
CJ
Spencer
Potter
Taft
Bennett
Thomas

That already looks like quite an impressive team.

Definitely needs a CM, Attacking Mid, GK, Striker or two and a winger maybe. We need a wow player like carey too imo that can just win a game on his own when were not playing well.

So far I'm picking out Digby to be the surprise player, that will be really important if were successful.

Loving the bold combo there.

Does look decent already I think he would pick Spencer over Rose and while this is contentious I personally prefer Bennett to Pearce at centre back but it's a nice problem to have.

it's a bloody tough call to be fair. I think Bennett might be slightly a better defender. But Pearce scores more goals and i think that's an important thing when going for promotion.

Playing three at back with two wing backs looks like best formation.
Will we ever let in another goal with Pearce at centre back.

I'm with Pete here, any defensive three from our wealth of central defenders, with Benning and White bombing forward; being able to switch to a four with the click of the fingers. Our defence looks very potent and I can't imagine a stronger one in the division.

However, I go with a few other folks by hoping for some cover on the left. One injury there would make a perfectly balanced defence disjointed.

So I'd suggest 1x goalie, 1x left back, 1x defensive midfielder and an expansive forward.

Bennet is top drawer as a defender, better than Pearce at CB imo although Krys is not far behind.
Rhys is excellent with his feet and'll look to pass rather than launch to the moon.

One thing for sure is we are going to have a very strong bench next season, will hopefully lead us to going for it in the cups a bit more this year as well as a bit of a bonus.

GK
Cover at left back, don't break the bank
Centre mid
Striker

Striker and CM being the key positions
