Andy Cook from Tranmere apparently.

There chairman is coming over as very naive indeed

With Hardy and Nolan County have 2 people in charge that have limited experience of the transfer market. They may have been unlucky with a few but in my opinion it's not much of a surprise to see them failing to get their targets.

From experience, their raspberry of a chairman won't want to part with much so they're going to struggle. May get a little better in January and beyond for them

Hardy seems like a bit of a tool. Thank god we have Carolyn who seems to be ace at what she does, she's played a huge part in our recruitment.
When you compare us to county, we've paid top money for a good striker and they cant even manage a 30,000 deal for a conference player.

Mr hardy says:
"A centre-back, central midfielder and centre forward are the primary targets, but they are arguably the most difficult and most expensive positions to recruit."

To me this suggests they don't have the money to buy players in any of those positions

Haha! A rookie owner and a rookie manager. They really don't have a clue, do they?!

So good to see both Notts and the filth in chaos, while we make progress!

Although, to hear everyone on team talk, we've strengthened but they're unsure if we'll gel. I did notice the Clownty bloke Adrian? saying we're similar to Moniz with his signings. Personally, I think SEs put a lot more thought into all this than that clown did

Didn't Moniz sign 27 players or something ridiculous including several dutch players who didn't know the league... he also didn't know the league or have 9 promotions...

He SE had 9 promotions? That's really impressive, I'm surprised he doesn't talk about it more.

Must be proper clueless to compare Moniz to Evans... as you say he brought in a load of foreign players who were garbage and had little experience of league two football whereas evans has brought in mostly players who have been promoted from this level if not higher. Yep, so similar

their motor-mouth chairman said that they were signing 2 players this week, after their last 'wow' signing (jake buxton) fell through. Turns out that the 2 players didnt sign.

What a buffoon - He puts himself in the public arena and sets himself up for a massive fall from grace. its really unprofessional and I'd be very peed off if CR said that we'd done some business when we actually hadn't, building our hopes up just to dash them.

As said above, he comes across as a well-meaning, rookie, novice, plonker.

One down, two to go and if our rookie manager and chairman get them most will be very satisfied.

Don't see the point of a loan without a view to sign. They can't afford him.

For his development forest should have loaned him to L1 club like whiteman.

We play Florist on Sat, who Clownty played last night. It'll be a bit of a barometer of where Clownty are at when looking at how we do.

Clownty lost 2-0.
