Could be a decent player to develop and sell on. 22 years old.

Expected to be used as a central midfielder - 6ft 4in. Could be the holding midfielder we have craved for a few seasons.

Welcome on board!

Never Heard of him, and for Bell end, Good luck to him and I'm not unimpressed

6ft 4 in the middle of the park, Could be a very good holding/defensive midfielder. Young lad with championship experience sounds very good and is the mix we need.

"with a good manager in place" EVANS IS STAYING!

I was kinda relieved to read that bit as well WH.

Seems like a quality signing with some pedigree and early promise in his career. Welcome to the club Paul.

Do you think he consulted Sir Bobby Hassell about coming to us?

He could be the replacement for Lee Collins. Looks like he can play in defence and midfield. Good luck Paul.

This one will probably go under the radar but I'd wager that he turns out to be the better of the three today. Just the sort of signing that works out and creates future funds.*

just got this from my mate at Barnsley about Digby

He's a defensive midfielder who can break up play and play a decent pass.
Ipswich have been playing him at centre back, he can play centre back well and will probably do a good job in league 2?
Hopefully you will use him where he likes to play in midfield!
Mark my words mate he will be your player of the year next season on the way to promotion to league 1...
Keep me posted with what he does please we were gutted he didn't get more of a chance at Barnsley!
How's Danny Rose doing? He's another ex Red!

Found clips of him playing for Manchester united youth team... not seen it mentioned anywhere, is he the same player?

Whiteman was from untied youth team and had certain qualities about him. can't wait to see this lad in the middle of the park now
