As long as he doesn't do to us ( if indeed they sign him ) what Calvin did to them.

They don't need our help, they are doing it themselves. They seem to pinning their hopes on the young lad they hope to loan from Sheffield United. He has just been playing in a tournament for England under 20's.

BIt more about the young lad going on loan to the sheep from the blades from a SUFC fan....

You've got him for half a season on loan from us. The deal was done weeks ago. I put some more info on him on the other thread about England U20's, although he wasn't in the England U20's, he was in the England Toulon Tournament.

Anyhow, good point made here about "playing against the big boys next season". I think that's going to be his toughest challenge. He's not got much potted meat on him at the moment. He looks like he's still at school. Although he is a bit taller than the 5'5" that is given as his height on FIFA 17! More like 5' 10".

The lad is very skillful with lovely poise and balance, but whether he'll be able to stand up to the physical side of things in League 2 remains to be seen.

Bobs board in melt down

I'll tell.you this the amount of sub standard players they've sold as left a thread bare squad full of youngsters non league players a chairman who is working from the Hasalam book of how to squeeze the last penny out of a football club....

They're only going one way Conference bound worth a £10 bet for relegation.

£20 double

Stags promotion
Chesterfield relegated

£20 returns £945

Interestingly, oddschecker report that in the relegation market Chesterfield is the most popular bet

If they have a poor season it would be better we played them at home first as they might give us extra tickets?

You won't get a bookie to take that bet unless they do it as a special.
i would prefer not to.

William Hill and Sky I believe both do request a bet.

A 19 year old released by Everton that was supposed to spend a season long loan at Southport but they sent him back early as he wasn't good enough to get on their bench

Yes, but they wont lay you that bet as they class it as 'related contingency' where the outcome of one of the legs of the bet has some bearing on the other.
