Forest losing as well made the other side of my mouth curl up too.

If Port Vale win one of their 2 games in hand, the filth will be 9 points from safety.

Their manager said on BBC Radio Dee Dah today about their fans "If you're going be negative, don't bother coming"

Our two clubs are chalk and cheese at the moment.

Hope they go back to sub 3000 attendances purely for karma reasons.

it'd be pretty hard to be positive supporting a dog raspberry team who will be relegated this season

Looking at the table they haven't won a game in 7 since the new manager came in. Honestly I dont see them winning a game before the end of the season. They'll finish bottom, they've gone.

Correct me but they were in the play offs to get into the Championship not so long ago and then sold all their players? There's summat seriously fishy going on- it doesn't make sense? Can anyone explain?

Maybe, but they still had more fans than we did. And theirs wasn't a freebie.

Only Dave Allen can explain that mate.

Paul Cook had already agreed to go to Portsmouth before the play-off games were played.

He had obviously been told that he would have no budget for the next season. I think Allen saw that he had a good chance to recoup his investment by selling off their players and took it.

What I cant work out is why he's still there now.

They're in a very precarious position, and it's good that we can all enjoy their plight but I'd be gutted if they folded and I honestly think they are on the verge of being the next Stockport.
i would prefer not to.

If their chairman had just invested in a couple of extra quality players he could have got them into the Championship and then sold the club for a lot more?

I don't think Chesterfield have ever played in the 2nd division have they?
