Stags player banned for drink driving

Reginald Thompson-Lambe, of Dunsil Road, Mansfield Woodhouse, appeared before magistrates today, Wednesday, October 21. http://www.chad.co.uk/news/crime/stags-player-banned-for-drink-driving-1-7528445 The 24-year-old midfielder had been stopped in a BMW on Woodhouse Road on October 4, and was found to be nearly twice the legal limit. He blew a reading of 60mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. Thompson-Lambe was fined £450 and made to pay £255 in costs. He signed for Mansfield Town last September after impressing in a short trial, and has so far made 30 appearances, scoring five goals. -------------------- |
