Chairman John Radford is currently in negotiations to purchase Field Mill from landlord Keith Haslam and is confident a deal can be struck.

Speaking at last night's Pleasley Stags' Fans Forum, Mr Barker said; "When we get the ground back, John will not put it in his own name. We will put it in the name of a Stag's supporters group, so even if John ever moved on nobody could take the ground away [from the club].

"When we get it back, we will sit down with all supporters' groups and put it in their name so no individual can ever take the ground away from Mansfield Town again."
