That will give the club extra revenue as they look to build on this season's ninth place Blue Square Premier finish. But on the downside, it means a surface that took plenty of hammer this winter could be in a worse state. "The chairman has come to a decision along with Glapwell and if it benefits the club then I will adhere to it," said Holdsworth. "The business side of things must come first and if the revenue generated from it helps us to buy and bring in better equipment then it's good. "The pitch will be a concern for the fans. When the pitch cuts up, it's not good to play on, it's awful and the players suffer.
