Bullock rejects second month with Stags
CHAD.co.uk, 30Sep2007 By John Lomas LEE Bullock has rejected the chance of staying with Mansfield Town for a second month. The midfielder last night told manager Billy Dearden he is returning to Hartlepool United which is a further blow to Dearden's wafer-thin squad. "Lee says he wants to go back to Hartlepool and fight for his place there," he said. "It is the player's decision. I don't know if our current situation here has a bearing on it but I did everything I could to keep him here." A 1-0 home defeat by fellow strugglers Dagenham and Redbridge left Stags rock bottom of League Two yesterday. |
