Season 2006/07 Fixtures Changes
Mansfield Town can confirm that there are to be a few changes to the fixtures for the 2006/07 season:

The following games have already been confirmed:

Sat 19 August Grimsby Town Vs Mansfield Town NOW to be Played FRIDAY 18 August (KO 7.45pm)

Saturday 02 September Wycombe Wanderers Vs Mansfield Town NOW to be Played FRIDAY 01 September (KO 7.45pm)

Saturday 24 March '07 Mansfield Town Vs Macclesfield NOW to be Played FRIDAY 23 March (KO 7.45pm)

Another change will be home fixture against local rivals Notts County. This game will still be played on Saturday 7 October but the Kick Off time, which will be brought forward (12.00pm or 1.00pm), is yet to be confirmed

England force fixture changes
Wanderers can announce three fixture changes as a result of the supporter poll carried out on Wednesday regarding England International games.

The Blues approached fans for their opinions on when and if they wished matches that clashed with three Euro 2008 Qualifiers next season to be rescheduled.

Three options of preference were listed and as a result, the club can confirm that home fixtures with Mansfield Town, Torquay United and Boston United will all be played on the Friday, the day before the original date, with a 7.45pm Kick Off.

Therefore, the changes are as follows:

Club Secretary Keith Allen told wwfc.com. "This will give a good indication of the support for Friday evening football in the future should the occasion arise.
