We're absolutely delighted with the victory. It was a difficult day for us. We weren't at our best by a long stretch. We've asked the players after the game why we looked a bit flat and not really at it.
Curtis, Williamson, Lawrence and Hassell will all be suspended for the same game in a couple of weeks, but we'll take it on the chin and the team that goes out there in 2 weeks time will give a good account of themselves. The Williamson foul was a poor decision. We took Liam off, because he was walking thin ice after his booking and it wasn't one of his best days. He'll be back and firing next week. Dis has got a slight problem with his back, and we hope to have him and Vaughan back in the next week to 10 days. Pilks had a super game today. In the last 10-15 minutes we showed great qualities in defending especially Day, Dimech, Clarke, Curtis, and the crowd know that was probably a game we would have drawn last season.
